Vergio's President to present new promising scientific data for the treatment of alcohol use disorders at Albatros 2022 conference
Chronic (very) heavy alcohol consumption can result in a reduction of life-expectancy by up to 35 years and is a causal factor in more than 200 diseases, injuries and other health conditions.
There is a pressing need for more effective pharmacotherapies to reduce the burden from harmful use of alcohol.
Vergio is pleased to announce that its President, Julien Guiraud, will present results of a research work with new promising scientific data of a pharmacotherapy for the treatment of alcohol use disorders at Albatros conference in Paris on June 8.
